
Here’s a quick Chinese recipe for a fast acting remedy that will reduce chills, sore throat and sinus congestion:
Thinly slice a thumb sized piece of fresh ginger
Cut the peel of a medium sized organic orange into chunks
Bring a quart of water to a low boil
Put in the ginger, cover, and simmer 20 minutes
Add the orange peel and simmer covered for another 10 minutes
Strain the “tea” into a container and drink warm over the course of 24 hours
To reduce any achy feeling in the body:
Add an entire bag/box of Epsom salts to a hot bath and soak for 10-15 minutes
