Unfortunately we have had to stop accepting insurance for payment at the time of service. Insurance companies have become increasingly more difficult to deal with and more often deny legitimate claims, requiring us to do an excessive amount of work to get reimbursed fairly. Thus, ‘accepting insurance’ is no longer a viable business practice for us . However, we have found that your insurance company is far more likely to pay you, their customer, (they’d like to keep you happy) than to pay us. For that reason we will be glad to provide you with a Super-Bill that includes all the necessary codes for you to get reimbursed —- provided that your insurance plan covers our services. We encourage that you contact your insurance company and ask them specifically if your plan covers the types of service you are interested in receiving from us.
